Your booking email tells you everything.
Confirmations and reminders now carry the address, directions, arrival notes and a photo of the space — plus a calendar file, so the class lands in your calendar with one tap.
Choose who sends booking emails.
Set it per class, or leave it to the default: Student Body only emails when the booking lives here, so your students never get the same message twice.
Import classes that aren't scheduled yet.
Opt in from Sync & review to bring across catalog activities with no sessions on the calendar. They arrive as drafts, ready for when you schedule them.
Your studio's data stays your studio's.
A round of hardening across imports and webhooks: roster changes, attendance and booking write-back are now strictly scoped to the account they belong to, and write-back fails safe rather than risk sending student details to the wrong company.
A class with no sessions invites an inquiry.
Found a class that isn't on the schedule yet? You can ask about it instead of hitting a dead end — on the web and in the app.
A studio profile that looks like your studio.
Your theme colour now carries the whole page, About sits beside Location, and the instructors rail is draggable — and yours to reorder. Instructors without a photo get a monogram tile instead of a gap.
The studio schedule becomes an agenda.

Match imported teachers to their profiles.
When an import brings in a coach we can't match, they now surface on your dashboard, in your notifications and in a banner where you sync — so you can link them and their classes go live.
Class ownership can move.
Ask a studio to hand over a class you teach, or grant one to your instructor. Ownership transfers cleanly and your sync doesn't skip a beat.
Studio invitations reach your inbox.
When a studio adds you to their team you get a notification and a branded email. If they'd already imported you, the invitation links to your real profile instead of leaving a duplicate behind.

Set a minimum enrolment and we'll flag the classes that fall short. We never cancel anything for you.
